| Supposedly he was cast in October or so, so I'd guess this qualifies as very old news. This also looks to be an independent production without any studio backing, so expect some of the same delays surrounding the movie as we had with The Bail. It's all part of the process.
Edit -- reading some comments from the director about the movie, this will not get a wide theatrical release.
The movie also seems to revolve around drugs as a plot point, at least in part. Brandon's going to get stereotyped if he's not careful.  | |

| Sorry, I meant it's astronomically unlikely that Malachance will get a wide theatrical release. A handful of art houses will be about as big as that one gets, it would seem.
I don't know what the latest news is on The Bail. Last I heard, they were still hopeful about a theatrical release, but it all hinges on finding a distributor, which is a very tough gig. It may seem like this is an unusually long time to take, but really, this isn't abnormal in the slightest. | |

| A Tale of Two Buds doesn't look like it'll be the title. They're back to The Bail and considering Fizzy Business (I think the 'business' might have some "z"s in it; don't remember offhand). I think one other title might have been mentioned too, but I don't remember. | |

| I still think they should've gone with 'Pot Luck'. Its the better title in my opinion. But, alas, I can't have everything.
