So I just got a new mac and I need to get Final Cut Pro for it but I'm cheap. I'm asking all my friends to try to get a copy but I was wondering if I'd be able to find a good version of it for free to download online? I know you can get free trials but I need a good program since I'm an editor and everything. It's kind of an important trinkit for me to have.

Your best bet is to look up torrents.

Lol I know I just don't want to download something that isn't really what it is (You know what I mean?) and then it screws up my computer or something like that. But one of my friends from school is mailing me his program so no worries! I gotz it figured out!

Your best bet is still torrents. Any valid torrent site will have a list for certain programs/files about whether or not it's actually what you're looking for, or virus-infected. For something like Final Cut Pro, you're unlikely to have any trouble getting a good copy.

I've installed both Final Cut and Avid on my computer. As usual, Avid is being a little bitch. I can't open the program because I don't have a dongle. I know there's a way around it but I can't figure out the crack or anything so blah! Hopefully I'll figure it out sooner or later.
